Easy Exercise

Here in the Northeast some girls have just finished a week of winter vacation–lucky them!! They spent their time off in many different ways: skiing, sledding, shopping and sleeping. Which reminds me that rather than spending too much of your down-time sleeping, IM’ing and watching TV, you can sneak in some fun exercise–like skiing or sledding. If you’re in warmer climates, walking, hiking or bike riding to a friend’s house is also easy exercise. Even shopping burns calories–as long as you don’t stop for too many mall snacks!! You can tell your mom Dr. Susan said that shopping is healthy!! Stay warm, stay healthy!!
